Lightweight and portable for on-the-go pumping.

Includes:

  • 1 – Harmony breastpump
  • 1 – 24 mm (medium) PersonalFit breastshield
  • 1 – 5 oz/150mL BPA-free breastmilk bottle with lid and stand

  • 1 – membrane
  • 2 – spare membranes

A breastfeeding Medela mom says:

“This one is by far the easiest to use, quickest to clean, and most effective manual Medela breastpump at removing milk quickly. The best part is the two-phase system: you use your thumb to pump quickly on the top button just like baby sucks really fast when she first attaches. Then once milk starts flowing, you switch to the longer, harder pulls with the handle. The breast shield is rigid yet slightly soft, so it really does mimic the suction of Baby’s mouth further up on the breast. No other pump I’ve tried has this added feature.”

A breastfeeding Medela mom says:

“I LOVE this pump! I used the Medela Symphony in the hospital and thought it was a good pump, but I only used one side at a time so didn’t really need the double pump option. The Swing is just as good as the Symphony but for less money. I have an abundance of milk and need to pump for comfort and this pump is comfortable, and doesn’t hurt at all! It has a rubber cup which conforms to your breast rather than sucking your nipple up into it. I would HIGHLY recommend this Medela breastpump to everyone!”

A breastfeeding Medela mom says:

“When originally shopping for a Medela breastpump, 6 months ago, I opted for the Ameda Purely Yours which worked fine up until the motor died. For a full-time breastpumping mom…I needed a pump RIGHT AWAY. I went out and purchased the Medela and was satisfied from the very 1st moment I used it. I am able to pump both breasts and get 8-9 oz in LESS THAN 10 MINUTES., while with the Ameda it took about 20-25 minutes. I absolutely LOVE this pump! I plan on breastfeeding my son until he’s 1 and will definitely be using this pump for our next child. I’d recommend this pump to all breastfeeding moms. I pump 30-40 ounces per day…this Medela breastpump makes my job much easier and it’s definitely quick. I love the backpack too.”

A breastfeeding Medela mom says:

“This is the gold standard pump – comfortable, quiet, effective and efficient. Before obtaining this, I’d used manual pumps, electric pumps, a hospital grade Lactina Select pump and a pump provided by insurance. With the insurance provided pump, I was obtaining 3/4 of an ounce after feeding the baby (less than a week old). On the first use of the Symphony, I obtained 1.5 ounces after feeding the baby; twice as much as with the other pump! 3/4 of an ounce more per session doesn’t sound like much, but it adds up over time. Yes, this Medela breastpump is expensive. I think it is definitely worth the investment if 1) you plan to exclusively pump or will frequently be away from the baby; 2) you plan to use it for more than one child; or 3) you have concerns about low milk supply or need to maximize milk production.”
